In case of inability to use a Holiday bungalow booked due to any reason of the applicant, no refund will be made or another date will be given.
The reserved application form will not be allowed to be transferred to another applicant for any reason.
The applicant must be satisfied with the identity of the guests and the applicant must bear all responsibilities in this regard during the period of accommodation.
No damage should be done to anything inside or outside the Holiday bungalow during the time spent in it. If such damage occurs, you must bear all the costs of restoring it.
Holding parties or gatherings and using alcohol and cigarettes in this bungalow is completely prohibited.
If any complaint is received against you regarding the actions taken during your stay at the tourist home, your and your family’s applications for the allocation of Holiday Bungalows by this Ministry in the future will not be considered.
